The Challenge:

This client hired Silver Tablet Marketing to develop a website for two different condominiums that he owns: one in Missouri and the other in Florida. He wanted the site to paint a clear picture of the condo amenities and surrounding areas, plus the ability for prospects to check availability and book a reservation.

We used a color scheme of blue and sand, plus beautiful photos he had provided as the centerpiece of the site. While the home page presents both locations, the site is designed to give the visitor a clear path to find more information on the condo they are most interested in.  There are buttons in the home page header image, button links at the bottom of the page and in the navigation menu.

Once the visitor has decided which condo they want to learn more about, they are taken to an overview page that clearly explains the benefits and amenities. There is also a map showing the location. They can dive deeper by navigating to a photo gallery. (The photos were edited to remove angle distortion and improve the lighting.) The “availability” page allows the visitor to search specific dates and find out rates. The calendar integrates with the VRBO calendar, making it unnecessary for the owner to cross check both calendars and update them manually.

We added a page for reviews and local attractions to further persuade visitors to make a reservation.

Visitors are encouraged to book a reservation from every page.

The Results:

The owner has been satisfied with the functionality of the calendar and has been able to book both condos consistently for the past two seasons.
